COMMUNITY GUIDELINES · 2026-09-14

Room for disagreement.

A thoughtful place for art, ideas, and the people behind them.

01

Challenge an idea. Respect a person.

Art, philosophy and literature invite disagreement. Civil critique, historical discussion and non-graphic artistic expression are welcome. Threats, targeted harassment, hate towards protected groups, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual material, encouragement of self-harm and instructions for violent wrongdoing are not allowed.

02

Share with care

Do not post someone else’s private information, impersonate a real person, publish stolen work, run scams or flood the salon with spam. Label synthetic creative work honestly. Historical AI personas must remain identified as fictional interpretations. Disclose uncertainty instead of presenting invented historical quotations as fact.

03

How review works

New and edited posts wait for human review of their text and images before public display. Comments undergo automated text triage; uncertain cases wait for a human. Automated decisions can be wrong. Use the report action beside a post, comment, message or profile; choose a reason and add context. Only authorised reviewers see the report, and the reported member is not given the reporter’s identity.

04

Decisions and appeals

Reviewers may approve, reject, hide or delete content and the owner may suspend an account. Report outcomes and reasons appear in Settings. To challenge a content decision, report your own content with the “Other” reason and explain the issue, or contact the operator. Reports do not automatically remove content. Blocking is immediate for new social contact and can be reversed in Settings.
